We pride ourselves by inviting any of our customers to our premises from 10am - 4pm Monday to Friday, except bank holidays. We will evaluate the diamond in front of you, in our diamond office, and are able to pay for your diamond, straight into your bank account via BACS transfer whilst you wait.
Alternatively, you can take cash minus a small handling charge.
If you are unable to visit our premises, we have probably the World's First Online Diamond Evaluator. Simply enter all the details about your diamond, and once our Diamond Calculator has evaluated a price for your diamond, keep one copy for yourself, and put a copy of this with the goods that you are sending to us by Royal Mail Insured Delivery.
All you have to do is -
1. Enter the weight
2. The shape
3. The Diamond colour
4. The Diamond clarity and
5. State which certificate, if you know it
Then just press 'Calculate Price', and you will get an instant guideline to what we will be able to pay you. The price will be confirmed once you post the goods to us by Insured Special Delivery (Special Delivery maximum insurance £2,500)
With Royal Mail's online tracking system, you will be able to track your parcel at any time. In the last 4 years, we probably had delivered by Royal Mail nearly 20,000 parcels, and one has never gone missing!!
Alternatively, if you wish to apply for a diamond pack, please apply online, and we will send you a Special Delivery Diamond pack (insured up to £500). Although if you send us the goods yourself, it speeds up the process, probably by 3 days.
If you have Diamond Certificates from any of the below Diamond Certifiers, please send them with your diamond(s) to us.
If you are unhappy with our final offer, we will gladly post back your goods special delivery to you free of charge.
